Body Composition Analysis
Body composition is the proportion of fat and non-fat mass in your body. A healthy body composition is one that includes a lower percentage of body fat and a higher percentage of non-fat mass, which includes muscle, bones, and organs.
Knowing your body composition can help you assess your health and fitness level. (something the scale simply cannot do and is essential in tracking real progress). We do this assessment by using my INBODY scale.
All your progress will be tracked electronically over your fitness journey. Your unique set of INBODY results will form the foundation of your own set of fitness goals. Having a good body composition is so important, as it has so many benefits, including:
- Decreased risk of type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
- Increased functional ability, allowing us to move and exercise more freely, which allows us to burn more calories.
- A better calorie-burning metabolism throughout the day.
