Personal Training

I am a qualified personal trainer who will help you achieve your own unique fitness goals, including but not limited to weight loss, strength training, toning and overall health management.

You can choose to either work one on one, two in a private group or 3 in a private group. No matter the size of the group, each person’s unique fitness goals will be worked out according to their own unique abilities.

A body assessment is a required if you are embarking in any private sessions, please see body assessment description (click here).

In our private session or groups,  I will introduce you to individualised exercises that are based upon your own personal goals, skill level and needs.
