Sculpt High - 60 mins

This heated workout is designed to tone every muscle in your body. The class is a combination of simple, cardio dance routines together with full body sculpting exercises. This class is designed to tone and strengthen your whole body. 
We will use dumbbells, mini pilates balls, resistance bands, ankle weights and therabands in order to challenge your body and help build lean muscle mass.
The cardio routines will keep your heart rate up and of course burn calories.
 
This class is high energy and combined with upbeat music, it guarantees to put you in a good mood for the rest of the day.

Sculpt Low - 60 mins

Sculpt low is a heated, muscle toning class that will focus on building the strength of your entire body.
The class will promote balanced muscle development, flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints. In this class we work your whole body using your own body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, ankle weights and mini pilates balls. The aim of these classes is to work at a high intensity of low impact pressure, to burn and sweat your way into a more toned and lean physique. 
 
This class promises to get your heart pumping and your muscles working hard. Come ready to SWEAT!
